At least for me, the most obvious problems are the eyes being way too far up the head making the face longer than it should be with the hair style not helping with this, and something weird with the mouth. I'm not sure if it's because the mouth is too wide or if the lips are too prominent.

The mechanics and QoL are mostly ported from 4, so it's fine on that front, and I liked the characters well enough, but the main issues are how it's lacking in content which in turn hurts the mechanics, the graphics are poopshit, and despite those graphics the FPS and loading times are shite quite. But make no mistake, that's not where the notable problems end, such as how time passes at the speed of a dying cripple making it extremely annoying to have to wait for any specific time of day especially night content, or the outright lack of seasonal farms despite having season themed farms, but they're not quite as glaring.
Of course, all of this is also multiplied by how it was something of the grand return of RF after they delivered a masterpiece and then went defunct.
That said, I would still prefer to play it over 1 or 2. The sheer jump in QoL is hard to argue.

It was buggy as hell, and the story was horribad. I’m not saying the other games were masterpieces, but they were at least comfy and worked. 5’s story had horrible pacing, and wasn’t convincing at all.

The characters were ok, but this game has WAY less dialogue than 4. 3 and 4 (especially 4) felt very alive to me. There were lines for all sorts of things in 4 that got taken out in 5. For example, some of the dates in 4 had different variations for the seasons, and all had different choices you could pick. In 5, there’s like four places, and no choices. Characters in 5 also no longer react to you trying to sleep in their bed if they’re with you, I believe.

This is a pet peeve, but I hate the mandatory events you have to sit through and wait for to pass. I don’t remember exactly how they worked in 4, but in 5, now that you can date anyone regardless of sex, you have to sit through everyone’s events. 4, even with events you might not care for, just felt faster and less obtrusive.

Anyway, I hope 6 is better.

I don’t like talking to people about my interests. Communication is hard and I always come out of conversations talking about stuff I like feeling vaguely frustrated or with a sense of loss unless it’s me 1way rambling to my boyfriend. I’ve tried to make friends with people with similar interests as me and even people who also used this site but I eventually get tired of talking to them properly and it devolves into just sending them random memes or whatever once in the blue moon and then ceasing all communication. I’ve done this with so many people now and I’m finally at the point where I’ve realised talking with people is just too tiring and unrewarding, and that I’m actually happier avoiding it. I have a habit of writing crap about games in text files and just saving them to my computer. I've spent a lot of my adult life as a hikkineet or something close to one so I started writing a diary to keep myself sane, pretty much, and since I was a shut in that didn't do anything it was entirely made up of thoughts on the media I had been reading at the time. I started playing Shirahana no Ori, Hiiro no Kakera 4. Someone based enough ported the whole ass game to PC and used the existing translation from a gacha port. Including the voices. Even made sprites for the heroine. It's really good so far, the osts are amazing, the art and the LIs kind of cute.
I recommend it to poor sisters who can't buy something and are eops. Based sis did the same for it's fandisks. You can find the link at vndb. It's kind of relaxing too, helped me a little with my stress, anxiety.

I got revolutionary girl Utena otomege for sega, that also has an English fanpatch, Angelique and ps1 elan and albaria no otome. Out of curiosity I tried them all a little and got this very nostalgic feeling. Listening to 30 yo Ishida akira kek. I'll try the rest someday. Apparently there is a ds emulator for vita too, but nothing beats drastic when it comes to ds emulation. Psvita would be 100% if it had a ps2 emulator too. You can still stream emulators from your pc/android to your vita screen though moonlight so not half bad?
