Remilia and Flan are the first characters who have access to those rank 2 buffs/debuffs. But the thing is, they can only get 1 rank of it. Remilia can give your party a lvl 1 Rank 2 yin def buff and Flan can give a single enemy a lvl 1 rank 2 yin def debuff. Surely this must mean that the effects are super strong but there have not really been any good tests yet. I didn't notice anything too special so far at least. It also looks like Remi is the better of the 2 Scarlets. Not only is her buff for the whole party and not just a single enemy (who will most likely get broken and lose the debuff anyway) but she also has a lock removal and can still break 7 ice barriers in the first turn. That's the same amount as Flan. I hope this new mechanic is worth it in the end. I bet every new EFES character will have it until it will eventually drip down to MV, SFES and finally regular characters. Kinda like how party wide lock removals used to be super exclusive. Big fear is that rank 2 is underpowered at low levels and Remi/Flan get stuck with a shitty lvl 1 version while later characters just add 10 ranks instantly.

Blonde Reisen is the best tank when it comes to actually tanking damage. Her LW also does decent damage. Problem is, there is no reason to be super tanky in this game unless you want to waste hours doing a 2000 turn battle in some tower floor. Even Blonde Reisen can't tank through stuff like VS battles at max difficulty.

There are 4 lists that people look at: Official jap wiki tier list, jap blog tier list, official global wiki tier list and memelist, which is done by some other discord but for the jap version only. Memelist is the most unique since it isn't done by hand. Jap blog tends to forget to update older characters and was lacking behind quite hard until recently. No one knows that the official jap wiki is doing. Their old lists used to be infamously shitty and their community votes result in the most random stuff, like SFES Tewi or MV Flan being called the best characters suddenly. Global wiki often seems either behind the times or in some other dimension. They infamously had Shion ranked super high for a very long time simply because no one wanted to update her page.

I think global is trying to get people to choose 1 character for each archetype. A bind cleanser? Use beach yukari. Every single other bind cleanser is D tier useless because they are worse than beachkari.

Want a debuffer? Use relic sakuya or don't bother at all. Want a sun nuker? Use F1 reimu, every other sun nuker is D tier useless. Want a support? Relic youmu or nothing at all. That's very much the vibe of the new global list.

Honestly I actually really like the designs of the alt future type of outfits a lot, especially the ones from the Lunar war event. Luna war Reimu, Reisen and Yomu I think are some of the best designed units for that event as it blends both their original outfits and them trying to dress more modern, even has some really nice bit of lore explaining how they still retain some of their abilities like Reisen's eye implants or Yomus ghost half being data or something, Its just a damn shame they're in this game because I could see it in a more interesting fangame that could've utilized the theming and story of them better.

But mostly I think it's because her breaking strength works against her debuffs, but then her anomaly breaking strength doesn't compare to other EFes or premium UFes characters like Sagume who has 2 AoE Paralysis autobreak at 2P while Heca only has 1 AoE Freeze autobreak at 2P (But she does have AoE 3 freeze on S1 so she can have strong autobreak turns)
Then there was the whole scandal with her teased version being more powerful than the final product. Her passives were originally said to have procced every turn, this would've given her an interesting niche where she could have a constantly ramping and extending debuff on the field (though rng on who it lands on is still a factor). But instead it's at wave start which is very very underwhelming in comparison for such a hyped up character.
Also long length debuffs with long cooldown is the last thing you want whith how fullbreaks work. Basically you can't use her S3 unless it's the final healthbar otherwise it's a massive waste.

Yes. She's the best character in the game, to the point that you can run her in basically any content, even if it isn't designed for her at all. Characters use a static amount of stamina every battle. If characters get defeated in battle, they lose a lot more stamina. I think at max stamina you can do around 75 battles. Characters will always regenerate stamina while in school so you can throw them in there while they are grinding for more battles total before they give up.

I think it's easier to look up gameplay videos. It's turn based RPG style and characters can use spellcards to attack and shields to dodge damage to simulate grazing from the games. Main story starts simple but it becomes some alternate universe stuff later on and not that easy to follow. On the other hand, events are always silly little plots about characters doing random things though how fun they are can vary.

Look at where you're coming up short.
Damage? Best damage boosting card.
Was there overkill on a different card before? Can probably put a buff card (How Irrational/Little Adventureres/Worlds in Hand/etc) instead of a damage card (Resort Stars/Tropico/etc).
Need P? WoSD somewhere before or give Myouren Anni to someone else if they're overkilling.
She also has buffs on graze right? Might be able to put a barrier restore card and aggresively burn barriers for the buffs.
Also check buff durations, one of the best uses for a card is to extend a buff's duration so that you're walking into the next turn with 8 yang up instead of 0 because they just expired.
Also if you're not hitting hard enough on one of them, check what they're weak to. The Sun lines are not liquid, so they get nothing from Tropico/Resort stars, so if you need a little push there, equip the card that benefits most for the turn you'll be using it.

But the thing is, you don't get the unlock rewards again. Since I already cleared it all before, the only thing I can do is go straight to some stage that I would like to grind. I don't see any reason to grind for this card at all though.
