Basically, if it follows the rules, it is understood that it does somewhere in MGE, for example that Jabberock fanfic. Though it might happen in a parallel universe, KC alreasy had this concept, Dragonia was a parallel universe until KC integrated it in the primary canon, in fact wiki notes canon stuff is "primary universe" while the non canon stuff is "alternate universe".
