Resources can only do so much when luck is so bad,
I tossed my entire stack of capped resources at the Maryland event, spent years of Mamiya-Irako to keep sparkles, even spent all of my holepunches to try to increase chances.
In the end, none of it mattered. Got in the red and was forced to drop to medium on the last map. It was one I really wanted to clear in Hard too because of the gun reward.
Now I just do 20 tries per LD. If it works, great. If not, it's a drop. Short number of attempts I know, but my sanity can only take so much.

I did a few: the enkous, Fletcher, and Mogami. The enkous were not worth it, I did Fletcher because I liked the mod 2 damaged art, and Mogami for meta reasons. Overall I'd say it is not worth it. I think Yamato Juu/K2 is the only one that's very worth it. The others are convenient to have.
