/jp/ had strict board culture and when the entire native board resident don't like something then it'll get kicked out, regardless of the rules. Actually most 4chan boards used to had this behavior too but /jp/ was the most persistent against culture changes whereas even /a/ got swept away.
It took new mods under hiroshimoot to force Vtuber and 3DPD generals unto /jp/.

The OP of the "learning japanese general" is a paid holofag advertiser.
He starts every thread with a link to some kind of vtuber/holo-whatever the fuck website. he then bumps his thread with random monosyllabic replies from different IPs to get the IP count up. if someone starts a new thread before he does, and said thread doesn't contain that URL, he will mass report it until it gets deleted instantly.

When the thread enters autosage he immediately starts a new one instead of waiting for the thread to get archived. In many cases he's started a new thread while the old one is still on page 2.

He's clearly human, because he's taken breaks before, probably due to IRL stuff. when he does, the threads never get more than 20 posts before dying.

Similar things are going on in these holo generals.

There's something spooky going on in /jp/ and 4chan as a whole.

The only logical reason I could see is that it's a single poster who got banned and got every single post of his deleted. It only really happens if the poster in question has too many offending posts to weed through, which is rare, so it still doesn't look right.
