EraTW is well know as a vanilla simulator for a reason that goes as far as 2013 from my understanding, why is why coming this late to add gruesome stuff is, if the recent events are anything to go by, pointless.

That being said, as vanila as the game looks, stuff like pic related still exist by only for the mob characters like you mentionned but remain very limited.

Despite all that, I still advocate for supporting it because it's part of the way some people play and neutering it doesn't make the game more fun.
