Wow, yeah I ended up taking the leap and ordering the cheap (in terms of cost hopefully not quality) black lady doll. Went through the guide recommendations a while back and settled on puniana miracle DX for 26k yen total cost, bundled with magic eyes amagami (bit under 2k).
Not into legs, so it seemed like the cheapest combination for best quality.
Been checking through other things while waiting for my paycheck since and found a doll by Jmeidoll at the exact same price (26k). Similarly found the budget variant of Doll House at 30k.
Now for the main question, are the two dolls mentioned above similar in material quality as the puniana? Because if so its probably better to go for the 26k one, at least.

Wash the wig in cold water and as mild a fabric softener and detergent you can find, let it soak overnight, pat dry it with a soft towel, and then use a blow dryer on the no or low heat setting and only brush it out after it's completely dried and that should soften up any synthetic wig.
Avoid hot water, high heat settings with the blow dryer, and harsh cleaning chemicals since those will damage the wig and leave you with a frizzy mess.
/cgl/ might be another good place to ask about wigs, just don't tell them it's for a doll.

It's a shame how much of a meme expensive realistic dolls are. Even the $8k+ EX doll has posts on TDF (pic related) showing the paint wearing off/strange holes. I know nothing about permanent silicone dyeing but at the 5k+ price point it sucks that people get basically tr micked andanufacturers can't manage to make it at least last a significan't amount of time. Not to mention these dolls usually feel like tires with super hard silicone. For starters, I bought in mainly because it -was- so damn cheap. I can afford to throw away 300$ and not be too bothered by it. But throwing away a thousand or more is a bit steep for me. I actually like black girls so the skin tone didn't bother me. I unpacked the box and I can say right off the bat. The lingerie , blanket, and wig that came with it is dogshit quality. I threw all of them into the trash with the rest of the low quality packing material. I kept the long and "good" padding in case I ever have to toss her into the box for storage. Onto the doll itself.

It's small. Way smaller than I thought it would be. In the images, her skintone is much lighter and she looks more or less half the size as the images portray. I knew she was going to only be 4'8" but I guess I didn't realize her width would also be smaller. Her breasts are also much smaller than the images and video shows. Theyre not SMALL by any means, but theyre smaller. Despite all of these looking like issues, not really. Yeah her being bigger would be nice and the images being honest would be appreciated, but for 200$ and as my first doll, I'm not really upset. When/If I ever go to buy another doll, I'll have more experience in shopping and understanding (IE I'll probably want a taller doll and not one so inexpensive)

I like her a lot, if I'm being honest. Again I'd like a taller/bigger doll, but Im still happy with this one. Her face really is pretty and I am having a lot of fun already. It's not a deal breaker, its just a quality issue that means I probably wouldn't shop at hanidoll if I was looking for a high quality long term doll. The last issue is I'm nervous about moving her body parts. There's A LOT of resistance to moving her arms and legs. Knees and elbows. I figure this could be expected with a brand new doll and maybe once it's used to being moved and modeled more it wont be so still i'm nervous about breaking it to move it. I'm not saying this is an omega downside or bad thing, but without knowing other dolls it makes me nervous. Her fingers also pose, but I can feel how brittle I guess the finger "bones" are so I'm super nervous about laying on her hand or having it in awkward position because it feels like one wrong move and her finger "bones" will break.

I mostly got all of the help and information from you guys over the past week or so, but I do have one question that I can't seem to figure out myself. Any tips on making the head "right"? SE heads are very meh, makeup is good but hole is terrible and they are really heavy for no real reason.
Also a little smaller than i expected, but well within size range. They have standard m16 snap on connections so you can use them on just about any body that doest go with special connections. I would suggest grabbing random heads from someplace like TDC on sale if you are looking for a good deal rather than custom ordering.

I finally popped open my ZXY after getting it during the 50% off sale.

I didn't expect the tunnel to be as wide as it is, but it definitely keeps its suction and its natural weight keeps some pressure applied even if you don't squeeze all the air out. There was a slight bit of lube spillage though.
The inner layer is also quite a bit firmer than I expected, so you can definitely feel the features which are already physically pronounced. I try to go hands-free most of the time, so it took a while for me to notice that most of the action was closer to the entrance.
