This is (almost) all intentional. Parsee's jealousy and other mental issues make her self-sabotage a lot, and she is assuming you're a manwhore in her rant (there's actually a line if your MC is a virgin where they go "I'm a virgin, what the hell is she talking about?"). Difficulty settings don't affect that, and I had Parsee's options set to only show up the first time you meet her so you don't have to see them every time you update. She won't rant at you if you've gotten her consent, and even if she's done it, she'll still push you down if she's horny enough (there's even special dialogue for it).

The heat thing is an oversight, though. If she's that horny she shouldn't be melting down at you no matter what. I'll have to add a check for that.

Fair warning, Im on Ver 309.145 of eraMegaten so this may have been fixed by now, but I finally got around to reobtaining Vergil's Devil Hunter weapons since they broke some time ago for me and apparently they were, de-translated? The Summoned Swords gun is fine, but the Phantom Yamato's name is now in Japanese for some reason, same with Force Edge. What's up with that, same thing happened a while back with the diary.exe menu, though that seems to have been fixed

Whole Lily/Bel routes are just unfinished messes which will never get extended or updated because you should "respect the original developers who will definitely come back and finish their work".
Lily has Megaten 2 and SMT 2 with like seven exclusive dungeons (including Izanami's dungeon as well) and at least four arena fights. Bel is Megaten 1 and DeSu1 but it is so barebones that it is not even funny. The only time you will pick this is for going through the megadungeon once to unlock four bosses for fusion and some free COMP upgrades.
