Also there are no choices and also no routes in the game. Therefore it is much faster to complete than most visual novels.

My time on Fate/stay night records, 2 Days, 3 Hours, 44 Minutes. I played it through out the course of maybe 3 weeks.

Thats 51.33 hours divided by 21 days. 2.44 hours each day (146 minutes 40 seconds).

Finished this earlier today but I might as well share my thoughts here now.
I really found this to be pretty bizarre myself, as others have also stated.
At first it might come of as some white-knighting in a tragic world but then it all became more and more twisted and bizarre as the story progressed.

In the end I didn't really find the characters likeable as I found then bizarre and twisted. Though I did find them interesting, twisted and bizarre characters can make up for very good ones, they just usually aren't to my liking.
I guess Ng might have became the character I liked the most. As an evil guy I didn't really find admirable traits in him, but he was still one interesting fellow and he had class and he probably came to be the character I found the least twisted.

In Saya no Uta everything was bizarre and twisted, yet Fuminori had been fundamentally changed and Saya wasn't even human to begin with thus I guess different rules apply. Saya's and Fuminori's doings might be understandable through their perspective but as dangerous beings threatening the entire human race they are beings that wouldn't be accepted even if understood.

While love might have been the driving force in Kikokugai, a force that can drive people far in many directions in the form of obsession it still came off as a really bizarre work for me. If all one-sided incestuous relationships that harbor strong emotions ended up as something like that then...

I did like this work, and considering how short it is I believe I would recommend it to most.

It's also their latest one. When the hype has settled worse ratings will even out ratings on sites such as Erogamescape and on future one time polls it won'tbe rated as high, leaving space for whatever new thing that's hyped.

I will agree with this, and I will be very happy when the translation clarifies some things.

But it really angers me how short it is. They really need to do more with the setting (and without killing off every character that appears).
