Yuuka is pretty good. Breaks poison and blind and powers up when inflicted with it. Has a +2P skill. Her LW damage is also pretty high since she has a card made just for her. For some reason, her LW does not break any status effects though. Only SFES Tewi is ranked higher by japs in that rarity type. She has mixed attack types on her AoE spell for some reason.

Kasen is ok. Can break fire but doesn't really inflict all that much status herself. She does have a +2P skill too and does well enough for herself but she isn't really setting any records. She only needs normal dolls after all. Japs rank her lower than Remilia funnily enough.

she's still very good, one of the highest setup nukers in the game and has many proven uses in challenge content (Star EX solo, Fire EX duo with 5P support, the upcoming VS L1 Letty EX, VS C3 Reimu EX cheapest farm without core units, Wood EX cheapest farm with no MVs or EFES, etc.)

For lower level content she's great too, stalls through just about anything you throw at her (making her a great content clearer for things such as Tower) and can effortlessly nuke stages, making her great for clearing main story and event stages.

You can punch way above the recommended level.
Focus on getting a LW unlocked ASAP, the powerlevel difference between normal cards and LWs is no fucking joke.
Paper dolls are your premium goals now, but don't be tempted to buy them with tokens. Eventually you'll have more dolls than you know what to do with.
Once the tower gets back, it'll be a good source of divine dolls.
Try to get to 18 unique characters asap. Clear chapter 1 to unlock the 3rd errand.

Both Youmu and Meiling are good farmers so you're having a good start.
Sakuya Belmont is also strong (imo), she just needs a turn or a support to get her to 3P turn 1 to really hit hard. I'm consistently surprised at how hard her LW hits without really trying to line anything up, she gets like lv10 crit by herself.
It will be a while before you can max her out though.
Rolling wise if you don't have the cubes & coins to spark you are gambling so keep that in mind.
Blue Reimu's strong, but she's an EFes so it'll take a really long time for you to max her out. Some people keep her unupgraded though to cheap out on sp.

I was lucky enough to get Rumia, Remy and L1 yuuka, so it's not all bad. But i'm now completley out of SC.
I did try for flan, the only reason i went for Remy first is cause i already have L1 Flan, but no remilia of any kind.
I was smart and saved up the last "everybody wins" for one of the relics, and i got Alice. She's not too bad, but i was VERY lucky and got A6 reimu early on, which made the game really easy.
I'm not complaining, but everyone else is just kinda "meh" compared to her OPness
