I didn't check the other full size dolls, but what led me to believe they were Climax's is Climax only sells these 60cm silicone ones that all have similar skeletons (I think they had some pictures and video only they had as well). When 60cm sex dolls were being explored, they were originally those awkward BJD ones like the one you posted, or flimsy TPEs (one of which I have). Coom and lube are water soluble, so it'll wash out fine with water. There won't be any bacteria unless you leave it in there and don't clean right away. I use forceps with microfibre cloth to agitate with the water (the water lubricates the cloth so it doesn't abrade the material).

For drying I use an aquarium pump and leave it for a couple of hours to fully dry. Before that I used to use the same piece of microfibre cloth I cleaned with and rung it out before doing a final pass to soak up most of the water. Then popped it on a drying stand that slightly opens the hole and allows air to circulate. I have seen people use small, slim whisks that do a similar job. I have never used a drying stick, but I imagine the dry, sticky TPE will stick to it and it'll cause abrasions when its removed.

I have a 3d printer and almost started building one but upon closer inspection the building guide has a lot of different routes you can take in building one by using more expensive parts. I talk to a lot of doll owners and am actively on the hunt for reviews. I spend a lot on the hobby. The only time I've seen someone say they liked inserts was here and it's probably just one person. Do your own research and really just go look at pictures and videos of them. They're ugly and they cause other problems. For example, they still tear the hole the insert goes into. Then they do not conform to the sculpt making positioning awkward and harder to get your dick into. I've never read a good review for them and I've read countless negatives for them.
