Also historical Japanese were short because of typical medieval chronic starvation/lack of protein, made worse by East Asian rice diet. Those developmental problems obviously don't apply to non-humans, so average non-human should be taller than even average modern Japanese (158,5 cm for women).
And finally, well, Touhou cast is not a random sample of any homogeneous population. It contains extremely varied creatures, first, for some of whom height isn't even inherent, second, for some of characters we know height estimations like Eiki and Komachi are tall, Marisa is midget, so on.
The best way to resolve the question would be to find which touhous will be taller than a given height plank and apply statistics to the rest to get at least somewhat meaningful estimate, even if it's methodologically spurious as I laid out before.

A few pointers: replace %CALLNAME:TARGET% with the character name directly. There's really no need to use it in the dialogue unless someone is referring to another character.
Replace ~ with double-width ～ as the former looks like dogshit in-game (see it for yourself).
Replace Japanese punctuation marks with English. Don't use ` as an apostrophe, use '. Finish sentences with a full stop unless there's another punctuation mark.

Welp, good news when using Lucina as a unit; she’s pretty strong and her skills make her a decent support and heavy hitter. Small problem: Falchion is bugged. Lucina can hold it, she gets the stats buffs from it, and you can even read the description-but the name won’t appear. It’s just a blank space. There's another possible bug - in partner-led commands there's a mystery variable floating around which is just Y in the code. It's used to add Dirty source from calculation for command execution. Looked into the issue.
Somehow, the value of Y used when calculating the Dirtiness gain for partner-led actions (but not cowgirl, for reasons) could end up as high as 540, which would lead to a truly excessive Dirtiness gain as a result and an instant hate mark.

The weird part is, I'm not even sure how this is possible, since I checked every place in the user code where Y is affected (though only two of those are actively used currently), but everywhere it would first properly reset the value of Y and the final value would typically be somewhere around the ~10 range.
I can only assume that the global variables like X and Y are used by the main engine for whatever purposes, leading to these exceedingly high values.
It's not an issue with player-led actions, since the value of Y would be set in their respective CAN_COM, but since the partner-led actions don't have a CAN_COM, the value would never be changed, thus being so unpredictable.

This is really just the weirdest bug I've seen in the game so far, and I can't tell who would be at fault. Were these global variables never meant to be used, and whoever decided to use it to hold the gunk on your dick was a complete smoothbrain? Is there some bug in the engine that leads it to use game variables as its own internal variables?
I really can't tell why any of this could even happen, and best I can do is put in a workaround to force it to behave normally where we need it.
