The most dickish bird has to be hoatzin. Its taxonomy consists of a major "fuck you", not only does it have fucking claws, its genomic data is also a mess, probably because it diverged far ago. It looks and acts like those asshole roosters that peck you at the slightest provocation, except it can fly and therefore go for the eyes. It also literally smells like shit at all times. Even if you wash it. That's its natural smell. Not to mention even its crest looks like a guido haircut.
