Most silicone holds details and appearance better (and is more durable over time). Some silicone can compete with TPE for tactile sensation and have expensive upgrades to soften different body parts. Then you get a more humanlike feel with skin texture, softness, and hardness where people are hard. TPE can be too hard on occasion as well.

The trick to not getting molds in your onas is using a limited number of onas at the same time.
