this is normal + a good thing. there exists a finite amount of words to learn
it shouldn't really take 60 hours per loop though, optimize that by reading more than one thing at a time or dropping early

I would set a goal for 1 vn in a day (single session). So play shorter vns. Sometimes you will finish 1 and have time to do another (in the same day, but possibly another session). When you read 6 vns in 3 days, you should increase length.

Can someone check how accurate I was?
I tried my hand translating this and it started out simple enough but I really struggled with what the fuck お勒め is.
勒 means to halter a bit according to googled website, but I have no idea what that means in that context.
I also could not for the life of my find the kanji between 技 and 提.
Just looking up what these kanjis 技 提供 meant made me guess she isn't actually part of that place or the organization, but just tagging along or gets requested for her skill if I look at how the old guy answers that he also only takes rewuests in secret.
Also I assume the ZOKA is a verbal tic like naruto's dattebayo or some keroro gunso's de arimasu or a ninja's degozaru
