Naturally this effect becomes more amplified through generations, but that site's author either does not understand or for ideological reasons accept this.

Phenotypes may be a useful categorisation tool at an individual level, when comparing individuals to each other particularly between different ethnicities. Ironically this is the opposite of that site's intent, and the /jav/ phenotypes that can be applied through distinct facial features and even "vibes" are by far more "accurate" than what the site's author has conflated from old anthropological research. But, trying to draw any serious conclusions about the implications of phenotypes is futile because the individual variation between individuals of even the same "pheontype" will always be greater than between their similar "phenotypes", excluding few exceptions such as heavily inbred small populations with extreme mutations because of founder effect. In other words, the discernible phenotypes are only the extremes from within populations, and attempting to put everybody within these limited phenotypes is never going to be possible from any population.

What /jav/ has accomplished is to categorise the "archetype" appearances of JAV actresses so, by extension also any person in the world, into understandable talkpoints for sirs. Most JAV actresses belong to several categories, yet all of the words used to describe these categories are understood. Attempting to follow that site would be to draw mutually exclusive lines, so as an example "monke" would become meaningless because even "goblin monke" and "gremlin monke" would become mutually exclusive categories. Yet, the number would also be artificially limited for "practical" reasons, and most of the appearances of JAV actresses could no longer be discussed in any meaningful way.

Even the face type categorisations that now are flaring up in discussion on /jav/ may hinder our ability to make sense. Let's remember that the reason why words are used is to be understood. Most of the /jav/ terms for describing JAV actresses are literally descriptive, though, their exact applications remain open to interpretation so we may disagree on which actress is a goblin or gremlin or such but, the general idea is understood. Terms like "mayo face" and "miso face" can become established within this thread as well, however, their meanings are not immediately evident as they are not literally descriptive. They can be useful as an additional categorisation, but relying on them only would limit the mutual comprehension between sirs. It is similar with phenotypes as presented by that site, yet even less understandable because the categorisation is not made for description of individuals: its very purpose is only to describe imaginary "pure" populations in contradiction of genetics and the complex reality of phenotypical inheritance. Yes, phenotypes may correlate with haplogroups, but this is essentially meaningless for differentiation between individuals because at the individual level it is not related to that, rather to variation within a population. Most sirs are intelligent enough to know this, so relying on oversimplified categorisation schemes that do not translate well into the autistically individual contemplation of JAV actress appearances, is only confusing.

For these reasons, I propose /jav/ should keep inventing our own categories in a mostly organic manner as has happened. As we use different words to describe JAV actresses, these become established through comparisons of how we understand the meanings of these terms. Such broad and external terminologies may well be useful for overlapping specification with /jav/ specific terminology. However, they complicate a topic that in reality makes the most sense to discuss using literally descriptive terms. After all, the reasons why the categorisations of JAV actresses arise on /jav/ are for sirs to compare JAV actresses to other JAV actresses.

External categorisation schemes may be useful for a very shallow request or possibly to specify after a misunderstanding, but typically they are very shallow and as such would naturally begin to immediately diverge from their original meanings with use on /jav/. This would be even more confusing for new sirs, who then look up what as an example "yakonin" and "miso face" mean, and by then the meaning is not the same as /jav/ uses. For /jav/ to keep thriving, we should not sacrifice our autism in favour of "easy solutions" taken from other sources. With our combined autism, we can develop other classification schemes like the one for hags. It is better if /jav/ at least semi-organically devises its own categories instead of relying on external ones, and the maximally useful categories are those that are literally descriptive but elaborate in combination. That is, the hag classification system can be infinitely finetuned without much loss of understandability, and similar systems could be developed for lolibaits and any other types of JAV actresses.

None of the /jav/ terminology are mutually exclusive, so as an example a JAV actress can be both a hag and a monke. Maybe the external systems are not inherently mutually exclusive either, though, the schemes are more about description of types than individuals within these types. This limits their practical applicability when the level of autism as /jav/ is reached. If they are established within /jav/ vocabulary, my opinion is that it makes more sense to either limit them to a very shallow starting point or to use them for clearing misunderstandings. But, in either case their meaning on /jav/ must be established. If this meaning significantly diverges from the original meaning, then it is almost pointless to use because it causes even more confusion for sirs who already are familiar with them as used outside of /jav/. If their meaning is to be preserved, it is important for sirs to learn what the true meaning is. This may be difficult because of many reasons, so to replace /jav/ originated classification schemes with external ones is impractical and decreases comprehension between sirs. The practical effect of this is, discussing JAV actresses and comparing them becomes like "homely" but with every word. When it's "homely" or few other words, it's funny and manageable. But, what if it's dozens of words? Needing to always ask for clarification from the sir who first posts about a specific type of JAV actress defeats the very purpose of the classification schemes.

How I perceive it is, the last one is the strongest, so in Minamo's case she's a munchkin with rather strong gremlin features and also less strong but still notable goblin features. Well, really these terms overlap so much that it even is variable by angles and styles, so in some specifc JAV even Kotone could be a munchkin and Nana could be a goblin. My main classification probably is based on featural "softness". The reason why gremlin is softer than goblin despite the word sounding the opposite, is that I associate the term "goblin" with creepy folkloric creatures, while such an association does not exist with "gremlin". So, a goblin is a girl with similar features as a gremlin but less soft and more extreme, less beautiful and possibly even ugly, while still being cute. On the other end a munchkin is somebody whose features are soft, extreme to an opposite degree from a goblin. For me, this term maps directly to a word used to describe such girls in my first language that I wish I could post but, for many reasons I will never under any circumstances dox my language on /jav/. However, the word's meaning is a cute girl with soft facial features. A complication applying it to Japanese is that it isn't as common for Japanese as my own ethnicity as well as Koreans and some others spanning a vast expanse of ethnicities. Rather, many Japanese girls fit it very well but not in full. The archetype has big cheeks, puffy eyebags, pouty lips and looks very cute in a somehow childlike way. Sometimes it may even involve behaviour and fashion sense, such as acting in a "concerned" childlike way and wear sweaters with too long sleeves, among many others. This exact behavioural and fashion correlation exists to some degree in Japan too, right? I don't know if a specific Japanese term exists, and unless I'm mistaken has no (stereotypical) correlation with facial features...

For these reasons, Minamo may appear as the ultimate munchkin. But, her facial features on their own are not exclusively munchkin features and she is not the most extreme munchkin JAV actress. She also has gremlin features, even some goblin features, and often her acting may be rooted in munchkin behaviour but in some ways more strongly corresponds with gremlin behaviour. This is what I think. Minamo has a higher munchkin percentage than Nana, but because she also has a higher gremlin percentage than her (probably a higher goblin percentage too), Nana is closer to a "pure munchkin" than Minamo. However, I'd say Minamo is more munchkin than Nana. As for gremlins, Yuuna Himekawa and Yuuka Kaede are two extreme gremlins who also have significant munchkin features. Kotone is the most extreme goblin, as close to a "pure goblin" as any JAV actress to my knowledge is. Because I'm posting a pic of Suzu Shiratori, I'll say that to me she's a munchkin gremlin.

One of the best recommendations I've been given on /jav/ is Suzu Shiratori. I only have four of her JAV downloaded (KTRA-221, KTRA-205, NEO-969 and even MGMR-119 per a sir's recommendation despite cosplay JAV not being my cup of tea) but every fap to her is fkn enjoying.
