The only unavoidable ntr comes from special factions or exploration events. Most others are very obvious and/or optional. You can just turn off special factions, or if you want them, leave all but outsiders on and turn off their events. I believe outsiders are the only ones outside of events that can capture a girl without beating them in war, and exploration is just a trap unless you send a male so just entirely avoid it.

There’s not really much you can do within TW’s framework as far as yandere content goes. It’s just not a game where it fits into the gameplay mechanics.
Like, you can’t have Kosuzu drug Akyuu into an early grave without it adversely affecting the game, nor can you have Yuuka break the legs of any unfortunate girl who asked you for directions the previous day, and you can’t really have the beast mobs lock you up without making the game unfun.
Yanderes kinda have to do fucked up shit, and a game involving them would need to have it as a core mechanic, with an expectation of bad ends and the player ending up in miserable situations, as opposed to TW’s easygoing nature where the worst consequence is being knocked out for a day.
