Nah this guy is oversimplifying and doesn't understand nuance. Kaguya is saying Government Accountability Office. It's a metaphor for the United States reverting back into a monarchy (ironic, since it was born out of rebellion against a monarchy!) through the formation of political dynasties such as the Bush family, the Clinton family, and the Kennedy family. Obviously not. I've done this long enough that I can already look back on years of doing it. The truth is that since it is so unmemorable I end up just forgetting all of it, so it's less like I feel regret over wasted time and moreso just see an absence of anything besides the few actually interesting things I did, which isn't that bad since it ends up feeling like time itself was shorter. I can look back on whole empty years and logically understand that I didn't do anything, but emotionally I don't.
