It's in Symposium. Nazrin only follows Bishamonten, and rarely gets involved with the Myouren Temple if Shou does not specifically summon her, which I doubt she'd do just to make her perform routine cleaning duties.
It wouldn't be unreasonable for her to get involved in this particular situation, but since there's no hints in this chapter that Nazrin is investigating Reimu's behavior or something, it just feels more like Nazrin's just treated as a typical member of the temple like how she's often treated in fanworks.

Even though it's the UFO cast's turn, I was half expecting Mamizou to show up since you can't really write her off since she also lives there. Would make for an interesting suspect as well considering she'd be able to disguise as anyone.

I don't actually think there is any confirmation on where she lives, surprisingly. Just sort of vague pointers. Closest thing i could find that would somewhat say that she lives there is either her final set piece of dialogue in the Youmu scenario in 13 inviting Youmu to the temple for tea somewhat implying that she's taken up residence there, or her and Nue's articles in SoPm. With Nue's article sort of implying that they're both outcasts and her own article stating that her main area of activity is the temple. But even then that's not even concrete since it also states that the forest of magic is also an area she is extremely active in.
