I’ve said this for a long time now, since before the HD release, but no, the fifth is not about energy nor time travel.

Aoko can treat physical time and “memory time” as two different things. As she can revert Soujuurou while keeping his memories of being killed, and take ten years off memories and keep him 17.
Furthermore, when taking those ten years of memories, she is taking the memories themselves, so we know she is using them as memory time, but also as physical time, since she ages up (new hair and clothes), not changing much in appearance due to her stopping aging at 20. She could not bring the future 10 years of memories, but could achieve some of the knowledge of 27 YO Aoko, so she “became the person she would be”, rather than anything else.
When it comes to time travel, she could also either continuously displace her position in the time axis to avoid being hit, or send the hits to her body to other points of time.

But here’s the kicker most people, and you, overlooked.
She stole “memory” from Souji, not just time, but his very memories. Furthermore, using what she saw in those, she rewrote the world to *be* what she saw in those memories. It’s straight is stated, from the very first green patch of grass, that what she rewrote onto the field was never there, it was something she forced the World to be, and it seems to affect *far* into the World Egg, since even the sky had changed to display the stars Souji should be used to seeing.
THIS is not time travel, neither is this, something stated to directly be done by True Magic, something she used heat/energy to do.

I like to refer to her chant, to the Five Timeless Words: “The order has now fallen”.
I do think that her powers are more along the lines of “Taking ahold of the everything on reality and changing them to be what she wants”, regardless of whether or not logic, causality, or the order of things says it makes sense or is possible. Sort of like, she can edit the “code” of reality.
Of course, since she is just changing reality, things that she doesn’t rewrite, like Souji’s death (because his soul had already left, and being in the Root, reincarnating, most likely, even if she rewrote it so he never died, it would still lack “him”, and therefore she had to grab a Souji that still had his soul and thrown those five minutes into a far away time the World couldn’t realize there inconsistency and kill him again by reorganizing events.), still exist, at leas in the form of energy/heat, that she has to deal with.

World egg is the magical theory behind reality marbles, as it is the expansion of the world egg that creates their world with their own rules.
I suppose anon wanted to refer to the World and the Reverse Side as the realities of the planet's World Egg, where the concepts of cience and mystery rule reality respectively.

It's also worth mentioning that by expanding their civilization and mapping out the solar system, humanity sort of "colonized" the solar system, which is why the planets they see seem to follow their rules of physics, when TYPEs show us those planets, in reality, operate on completely different principles.
