if you actually look up stuff while watching (i don't know how many words you know already so i'm not sure how painful this will be for you at first)
and start with like 300 dragonball episodes or hwoever long it was (I forget) you will be surprised at how infrequent new words become in that series, I think you'll have a similar experience if you watch Hokuto No Ken. so if you sort of frontload a lot of the heavy dictionary abuse in the first few arcs it will become much more 楽 later. but you can also spread it out more evenly just fine. other series will go into a little more vocabulary depending on the gimmick/theme of the arc, especially HxH. so Dragon Ball might be the best start
