Goddamn it, I just found a spot of mold in my lolinco after about only a month or two. Is your doll TPE or Silicone?

If TPE repeat sessions of you rubbing the tunnels down with mineral oil will soften the TPE (and if you have scented mineral oil make it smell great).

For the cleaning itself:

You're only going to need to do a full clean if you either decide to go full monkey brain and get it filthy in a session, sleep with the doll on a regular basis, or just received the doll in which case your going to want to give it a good two or so cleans before using it to get the factory gunk/packing material/cardboard shavings off and not risk getting cardboard in your dick. more than likely if you just got your doll your going to jump on her the second you open the box, at least make sure there's nothing in her cavities to make sure you don't get a nasty surprise

Once dry/dry enough just powder it like normal and you're good to go.

For clothes,

Most should be fine though I'm not sure how latex and similar materials react to TPE and Silicone unless someone else can chip in.

As for staining it comes down to the cheap chink dyes used to color the clothes, before putting any clothes on a doll put them in a bucket of warm water for a bit and if you notice any discoloration then you're going to need to wash it multiple times until all the loose dye bleeds out and depending on how cheap it is it can take a lot of times; for comparison, some onahole bags I got off amazon ended up taking me about 20 some washes before the bleed became minimal.

You can speed up the process by putting the clothes in vinegar, from the clothes I've used it on don't keep the smell you may just need to wash them a few times to get rid of the smell.

Though do be warned that even once you confirm that it doesn't bleed dye in warm water/vinegar the doll bleeding oil can loosen the dye itself though that won't happen for a few hours.

White clothes are the safest to use as from what I understand they don't bleed at all so you can use that without worry; also you can put a white jumpsuit on your doll and then put on the clothes you want to minimize the risks of the dye bleeding onto your doll:

starches in general can be troublesome if you are in a very humid area. If you your keeping the surface dry and you dont have condensation issues, they should usually be fine as long as you dont have major insect issues(which they will just make worse).

Talc is bad in general, a lot of baby powder is now talc free so that should work well enough. Baby powder base is often just really fine cornstarch fwi.
I use both baby powder and cornstarch on mine, depending on the doll. As long as you dont have an existing issue, you should be good. Arrowroot powder and tapioca starch are two big ones, but being organic, they could well share the same issues as corn starch.

Theres also Kaolin Clay, which i know very little about.
