It's just bonus, they're still dead in the story. And some 60+ bucks is normal price for new PSP game in Japan and Europe.

Also, the game plays pretty well, lots of new options, new units, better leveling system, more everything, it's getting bashed only because of the dating part, but that's just an extra - and you have to do special skirmish as a part of the dating, anyways.
