Opening the Saku auditions while Nogizaka released the Actually with Aruno mess while Sakurazaka released the beautiful Samidare Yo really attracted those type of members in Saku. Not even the "elegant ojou sama group" Nogizaka has this level of refined bijin ojou sama poi of girls on its new gen. I now get what they were doing, good job management.

I agree, also, it shows how good has been Sakurazaka at rebranding its image from Keyaki days. Since then they tried to push a more refined, elegant image, with bijin, fashion members getting center positions. Also, their beautiful covers and elegant monumental songs like Samidare Yo.
I don't hate Hinatazaka, but I get why good looking girls tend to want to prefer to join Sakurazaka instead, seems more appropriate for them nowadays and this shows how management's work to redifine the group's image worked.
