I replied initially, because I think, if implemented well (i.e., requiring player consent and without the implication of cuckoldry) it would be a nice addition to the sex content available in TW, especially if it involved affinity-based dialogue, where characters actually react to one another's involvement with (You) instead of being a massive dialogue-less fuckpile bereft of content, which is what the game defaults to if given enough time.

I think it's a bit buggy in general particularly because the sex friend agreement is just a new way to get the sex friend trait which you originally just got automatically with the right amount of exp in relevant places. Since yearning etc still work that way, it's bound to conflict. I haven't really tried it because my 2hus are already sex friends so I'll have to work on my next one and see what happens.
