she's gotten new dialogue about it, and is still mad at me

I don't really understand why people are so laser-focused on K's sex system.
Like, K's system is really good at what it does, and I'm well aware of TW's shortcomings, but they're just fundamentally different games in tone and intent, and their respective systems should reflect that.
In K, the slave training aspects are still a major part of the game, so it makes sense to have the player bark orders at everyone and be in complete control of it, but TW is ostensibly a life/romance sim, so I think it makes sense that the player can only really control themselves directly and the girls have much more agency, so to speak. When I think of improvements to TW, I'm more inclined to build upon the counter system to give the girls more to do, especially if they're part of an orgy with the player holding initiative, since most of them will just sit there with a blank expression on their face while the player interacts with one or two at most, as their current options for reasons are extremely limited right now.
They get more options if the player cedes initiative, but even then the girls are pretty limited in what they can do and tend to act without rhyme or reason, so that part could use a pretty big tune-up as well.
Fundamentally, I think the concept works well for TW, though, and I wouldn't want to replace it with K's system. It'd be better to build upon it and let it be its own thing.

From my perspective, it sucks that there's a bug where if you date anyone and aren't yet her lover, she has dialogue where she entices you to cuck Megumu, regardless of who you're dating. Also, her confession dialogue implies Megumu was attracted to you. Both of that needs to be fixed.
Otherwise, yes, her sex dialogue is hot and fleshed out in many areas. Especially her estrus dialogue.

It's Exposure Gem training, really. While 'confident' and 'other' type of girl threatening someone is easy to imagine, a timid, quiet one could stutter and embarrass herself, or she could actually be terrifying if she's finally found that one thing to fight over with all her heart. Actually fighting (danmaku) over you could have a similar explaination. The yandere talent setting would determine whether she's just trying to scare others off, act depressed and maybe self-sabotaging somehow, or if she'd try to throw hands/bullets at the offending girl the second she thinks that slut is making a move. Or whether she should punish you for disobeying her, for the actual masochists. Or if she's your total fangirl and fully supports whatever you're doing, even if you're currently doing her sworn enemy and her best friend. As long as you let her watch.
To give a few ideas
Possesive yandere, doesn't like it when you talk to anybody else and will spread bad rumours about you unless you waifu her. May try to convince or bribe you into moving in with her. Will get angry if you talk to/date others and she finds out, and she'll fight them. Agreeing to a date with her or enough sex will reduce hate marks, maybe. Easy to anger, but also very quick to forgive if you at least pretend to be interested. Think classic Yukari applying her 4D chess strategies to get you.

Not even you. Will visit your home area often, leave you gifts, panties, love letters, and maybe later she'd try to hide in your room. You might not even be told about her actions at the end of the day, potentially. Yukari, but she's super shy and has to resort to 12D chess to even talk to you.
Cuckquean that will eventually fight other women and coerce them into joining you in the bedroom, or to be part of your loyal harem. Might force her enemies to do it fully against their will, or get you mob girls. She could try to overzealously spread good rumours, or help you out on dates by bringing extra gifts or orchestrating situations that put you in a good light like the trapped animal event. Might backfire rarely. Will follow you almost always. Won't get mad at you, ever. Would fit with the "more lovers" option well.
