Its an option. The default they do have the oral function, but they have an extra to add articulation to the head. Also one for the hands. I think both are worth it. So for me I sort of broke it down like this (probably skipping some because I looked at everything but for a general idea)

Basically I can't do the harsh bimbo western faces so any brand focused on that was out. Firedolls/WM just isn't for me. This nuked a lot of fantasy style brands too as they fall under that and just aren't where I would have wanted them.
