That's funny, because Germany doesn't identify itself with the Prussian plutocracy anymore. Ever since its unification they struggled to supersede it with a sham unified German identity, the Weimar Republic was actually ashamed of it and Hitler rejected it outright. And don't let me get started on Germany after WWII, Prussia isn't even part of the German state anymore, divided between Poland and Russia as it is and the national identity of either Germanies was so much polluted with American and Communist ideologies they couldn't be called German anymore.
