Even if there are parallel universes, what's the point thinking about it? If they are truly "parallel", there's no way we will ever interact with them, it's the same as if they never existed.

And I think observing singularities without their event horizon may be possible in certain situations (if you peek in during a star's collapse, you can see the universe changing her clothes. Theories are not "correct;" they are "a well-founded heauistic." A theory is a set of general explanations that governs what will most probably happen for a class of phenomena.

Actually the multiverse concept would not even be a hypothesis since it can't be tested and there are not empirical observations to support a multiverse. It'd be a hypothesis only in that sense for someone trying to gather observable data that would support the existence of some such event that it is not a part of our universe (how do you even prove that something is not of our universe if you can observe it from our universe?).

Depends on what "inside" you mean.
A craft that can safely move beyond and through the event horizon? implausible but not impossible.
A craft that can safely move into and through the singularity? a whole lot more improbable and perhaps not possible unless you ignore the the fact that mass requires space. A craft that can bounce the singularity of a black hole off its hull sounds amusing, on the other hand.

A craft that can safely move itself completely into the singularity? Only possible if you figure out how to reduce things from 3D to 1D without a severe lose of functionality - most likely one true impossibility with how we understand our universe to function.

If anything is equal to or smaller than its Schwarzschild radius (= event horizon) it collapses. Surface escape velocity equalling or exceeding the speed of light means light cannot escape, hence the surface must be on somewhere on or within the event horizon, hence the mass collapses.
