I meant to imply by that term that it would be a final boss on par with an extra boss, and not a weakened version of Yukari.

EX-Yukari will actually be revealed at the of the touhou franchise to be Ran who was using Yukari as a front to keep attention off of Ran's true powers.

EX-ran will "lose" to the heroines, and then tell them that she was just joking and then press a button to destroy the entire border, plunging Gensokyo into the middle of actual modern-day earth, where it will appear as an island in the middle of the ocean.

In the very middle of this island will be a huge corporate skyscraper for the Yakumo Border Company, and at the top will sit Ran, cross-legged in her exectutives chair, wearing a full white suit, surrounded by Yukari and Chen wearing mafia-like outfits. The screen will close in on Ran's face as she smirks, then the screen will fade to black, and the credits will roll.
