I'm not convinced that the Elixir really puts you in complete stasis. Mokou obviously looked pretty differently before she murdered that guy and buttchugged the Elixir, and Kaguya herself notes that she and Eirin are growing more impure now that she lifted the spell of eternity over Eientei, and since impurity has a clear physical component, I can only assume that means that change is not just a change in mentality.

I don't think this can be fixed so easily. Ideally the effect of the counter action should be executed at the source processing if everything went well, but the counter is the part of a loop that checks all actors and calls the effect right there before the aftermath is even displayed. I tried making the user interface loop instead so it won't "reroll" the effect + descriptions like in Reverse, but the entire thing is just a jank and needs major refactoring.
Best I can do is probably check for a counter flag at the source instead so if you somehow cancel out it won't process it, but that might just cause other issues.

Koishi only has special dialogue for seeing you with dates at Lover, with every other situation providing the same, generic line (「もしもーし、今あなたの……って、あらら、もしかして私ってお邪魔？」).
I'm not really sure how Lover Koishi is written, and how aware she's supposed to be about her surroundings, but she does get pretty upset with (you), and has unique dialogue for seeing you with Rin, Utsuho, Satori, or Kokoro, where she definitely blames you more than your date.

If the grand prison of the Phantom Society where you can pick up human slaves as a 'bonus' for your monetary contribution(s) as well as various events, once someone catches the eye of the Phantom Society (or one of t heir members) for any reason they'll always be a target, especially if that person somehow has summoning experience or exhibit 'special' powers. So one would be quite a 'reluctant member' if the choice presented to them was either join them as a full member and contribute to the Phantom Society, or 'contribute' as a slave and living or dying by someone else's command, potentially being their plaything or being made to make money for them in their brothel/love hotel or even being made to be a meat toilet. Being offered the choice to be a full member in such a scenario is a rare thing as it is as it'd require a Phantom Society Executive to 'notice' you but choose not to take you as their own (as mentioned in the intro if you choose your sexual experience as a 'professional cumdumpster' as a female, aka your background was that you were someone's semen toilet).

You're asking for actual life simulation content in TW, which for some people is something that should be super low in the priority list and will actually danmaku battle you everyday on it. Either way, before such a huge undertaking on 2hu interactions should occur, there should first be a rework on (You) yourself. Currently all 2hus are in four states - they either love you in a platonic way (yearning/love), love you physically (sex friend/lust), are indifferent to you or hates you (via Hate Marks). There's not even a proper 'friend zone' as once they hit 1000 favourability or close to it but have a few heart shapes in their mood (even if it's just from talking to them a lot via Conversation), they start acting like they're lusting for you and will even push you down if both you and their traits are favourable enough to have it happen. There should be a proper Dislike/Hate system as well, where if you really wanted to you could be really mean to a specific 2hu (via new interaction actions), and some 2hus will have an initial dislike to you ('they distrust this new strange Outsider), or maybe even hate points (just hates you because you're male or just hates in general for some reason). These points will recharge at the start of every day (if lower than their initial value), though how much recharges depend on how much they like you. Before they come to start liking (You), you would first have to deplete their Dislike/Hate points, though Hate point depletion is slower like reliability gain.

After that is streamlined and relatively bug-free, we could then start looking at implementing a way of 2hus interacting with each other, using the same favourability/reliability/dislike/hate system with one another.

This is where we once again return to the 'issue' being the base in which TW itself is entirely based on - the era slavery system. The Marks and Traits system are derived entirely from the era slavery system and act as modifiers on how hard or easy it is to 'train' someone. The Marks system existed more as threshold requirements if you wanted a slave to Fall under Love, Lewd or Subservient. TW reworked them a bit as there are only Love and Lewd 'fall states', but I do agree that they feel a bit lacking or even kind of overlapping (why is Lewd and Pleasure Marks a separate thing in the first place?).

Speaking of traits, I'd like it if there was a sort of 'Sexual Upgrade' option that is accessible before the start of the day for each character that works in a similar way to how eraMegaten has it ('point' buying system via source gems).
