Isn't it worse than a based normal God Zuiun unless you upgrade it too? You can use it in the big BBV slots in Ise/Hyuuga and Yamato and it won't get shot down though, so it's still something to consider. I use mine every once and awhile.
And there's enough maps where I pack a bunch of bombers onto AVs where having a lot more AA res Zuiuns that aren't shit will be nice.

Frankly for a brand new player, those two God Zuiuns from the saury themselves is amazing enough to get so easily. The screws to get the Kai Ni version and then upgrade that is too large an order for a new player, it's somewhere in the middle of your overall priority and that's being generous.
Remember you'll get one for free with the Ise/Hyuuga quest and that there's only one skilled conversion quest anyway.

im 99% sure overfishing is per server not per person its impossible it is per person cause yesterday i got 1-2 fish per run in w1 then i took a literal 12h break while drops were still good, i come back and get 1 fish every 3-4 runs at best, which is insanely low even after letting fish regenerate, my only conclusion is that other players overfished, i went offline around the time japs come home from work and play so they must have overfished

I always figured it was per map. I refuse to believe the devs are competent enough to come up with something that verbose. For all we know it's totally random and some nip just ssh's into servers at random and flips some configs to tweak the %s.

I could see the rate just generally sinking slowly with each fish you catch this way you get the basic 44 decently enough and after that it gets slow to prevent power players from 24/7 farming 100s of screws is my guess

Well, from my experience you should be able to get around 20 fishes per world before overfishing if you really stack on all the fishing gear on all the ships. That's how I get my 44 on Worlds 1 and 3.
Wiki says 1-2 days for recovery per world so even power players can get at most 16 screws per run.
