How do you guys learn Japanese? I’ve just recently started and I’m already overwhelmed by it.

I've been watching unsubbed anime since I was 7(thanks to animax) and learned to comprehend spoken Japanese just like that without any conscious effort. Kids learn language quickly lmao
I learned kanji in HS by using visual novels as practice material because they have audio and text.

You don't "learn" Japanese, you become one with it and never stop using it.
