My advice would be to try to keep Reliability low through the power of hatred.
Gaining hate marks is a great way to drop Reliability back down to zero, which gives you more wiggle room.

Really, the biggest issue is the lack of good Desire increasing actions. At the start, you basically get skinship, and little else.
Headpats and hugs give good Desire, but they also increase Reliability, making them a dangerous option. Even when you're finally able to do stuff like breast rubs, you'll find that they just don't give much Desire, which is really annoying.

TSP rape is an option, but that comes with the obvious issue of it being rape, and rape is for cowards. So that basically leaves rampant drugging as your only real option. The effects of aphrodisiac, Lunar Incense, and Gassing Garden all stack, which helps a lot with increasing Desire. It also makes them much more inclined to push you down, at which point the hardest part is finished, since actual sex actions increase Desire really quickly, which also makes it easier to push them down yourself. Once you hit that point, you should just stick to only having sex with them until they reach the required orgasms to get to Sex Friend/Lust, and avoid increasing Reliability at all costs.
