I have some (that are too large to post) describing why Gilgamesh likes Kotomine so much. It involves Kotomine's aura negating the effect of Gilgamesh's charisma, so that people don't bother him all the time and give him gifts.

Plus, Kotomine does lots of little things for Gilgamesh to make him happy in simple ways, like buying him food and carting him around on an L-cart when he doesn't feel like walking.

It's almost adorable.

Archer and Lancer's interaction in their fight in UBW was pretty priceless. Also, their quotes to each other in Unlimited Codes are rather amusing as well. I think, once they got past the rival dickery, they'd probably become friends. Just Rin would have to keep down the damage control because Lancer would want to fight all the time and I think Archer would indulge him because unlike most of Archer's fights, he has FUN fighting Lancer.

No one could understand why a boy who always wanted what was best for the world would act as he did, or why the King of heroes would accept his partnership, but simply they had the same goal. A world where the weak didn't need to be protected.
