Oretsuba and Muramasa for me.

Both had a very solid cast with no shitty character, Muramasa probably has the most solid line-up of main heroines I've seen and lots of awesome side characters like Masamune, Rokuhara as a whole or the pantsu professor.

Oretsuba had also a pretty big but really well developed cast with no throw away shitty characters.
The main characters are a wonder, Hayato or Karura are amazing.
The main heroine line-up is also pretty solid with some great gems like Hiyoko (made me love well done tsundere again), Asuka (I expected to hate her since I hate the popular perfect school princess stereotype but she ended up being fucking awesome) or Naru (Yuko Goto at her best).
And of course Karuo.
