So I've learned how to spin it after quite a number of tries, but idk about the wrist, the pain in the ulnar styloid process that I feel occasionally, particularly after working on the PC for a while, intensified sharply when I first succeeded at making it spin right by using wrist rotation. I found it easier to do with wrists staying in a more or less fixed position and forearms rotating in a vertically oriented circle.

It is easier, but if you do that you're not exercising your wrists at all, so the exercise becomes pointless. You need to use your wrists, and it's normal to feel pain for the first few days, both because you're training the forearm muscles in a different way than usual and for the same reason you'd feel pain during a massage. Just take it easy at first, spin it slowly, and once you start being able to spin the ball quickly without feeling pain you'll notice your grip will be much stronger.

Are a fumos a good form of emotional support? I've literally lost every coping mechanism I have. There is nothing left. I have a single fumo. I want to know if fumo posting is the only thing which can help.
