Was reading the Tsuki no Sango and it made me wonder whether CM was even the brain of the moon. The brain of the moon girl seems like the polar opposite of an evil vampire overlord that tries to take over the world on at least Tsukihime and Notes. She feels more like Arc and that's who she is equated to on some of the descriptions. Alternate versions of characters don't seem to change so drastically over different worlds, at least as far as their core nature goes.

Prillya's author became addicted to gachashit somewhere around writing 3rei. And some "nu-lore" kinda bleeds into Prillya's story now. Otherwise, I can't think of any other Fate spinoff that borrows anything from F/GO. Even Redline, which had the potential to just be "Koha-Ace but for the F/GO audience" is kinda alright at the moment. F/GO is very self-contained which makes it easy to ignore.
