Summary of the Compass news stream from earlier - everything starts on the 28th after maintenance:

Halloween costumes are coming earlier than usual - new costumes will be available for GBG, Kirara, Blanche, Marcos and Rinne. The usual event ticket format should apply.

The Prime Lounge is being demoted to the Lounge as you no longer need to be a Prime member to join. There will also be a new photo mode added to it.

A referral campaign for new/returning players will also be available, giving UR tickets when using a referral link. The hero ticket login rewards/class-specific hero gachas are still available and appear to be related to this.

The next collab is with TenSura - Rimuru Tempest will be added to the game as an attacker boasting high attack power.
Rimuru's hero ability negates enemy status effect cards (e.g. defence/movement speed down) and also changes the announcer (I assume this only applies to yourself).
Rimuru's hero action lets you aim a lightning strike that deals damage, stuns the enemy and slightly pushes them back. The range looks similar to Thorne's HA.
Rimuru's hero skill grabs an opponent in front of Rimuru and consumes them, dealing an instant kill that can bypass shields (not sure about counters). If the HS is landed successfully, Rimuru's attack and defence will be doubled and Rimuru will be fully healed. During this time, Rimuru's hero action will also call in three lightning strikes in a horizontal line, rather than just the one. Not sure how long this effect lasts for.

There will be six new cards as part of the collab - there is a new poison card effect that heals yourself whenever you poison an enemy. The healing is equivalent to the damage dealt by each poison tick.

Rimuru has four alternate costumes and there will be new costumes for 13, Megumegu, Delmin, Stellea and Rinne.
