Go to eratohoTW\改造とかしてみたい人のためのあれこれ\口上関連\口上テンプレ, you'll find raw dialogue template files there. Use deepL or what have you to see what section goes where before every function (started with @).
Here's a short list of what each file refers to:
イベント - general events, カウンター - counter actions for 2hu when they touch you/hug you; and actions for when they push you down, 依頼 - requests (just to consult the request list I guess?), 育児イベント - child-related events, 刻印取得 - mark acquisition, 自慰系(あなた)コマンド - not used ignore, 絶頂 - orgasm, 弾幕勝負 - danmaku, 日記 - diary (there's two versions, new template and old template), 日常系コマンド - regular daily actions (stuff like conversation, tea, etc). And the rest are just categorized actions.

The English branch's "KOJO_MESSAGE.ERB" lacks the entire "FLAGSETTING" case from the Japanese branch, which leads to characters unique flags not being set, which in turn breaks stuff like Suwako's curse mechanics and other TSP responses and who knows what else.

Related issues:
/EGG/ Sakuya flag settings are mislabelled ("@M_KOJO_ENG01_FLAGSETTING_K50" should be "@M_KOJO_ENG01_FLAGSETTING_K15"), and PC-98 Mai lacks her flagsetting function entirely.
