アーキタイプ:アースの元となっているのは、FGOの原案やシナリオなどを手がけるTYPE-MOONの、ビジュアルノベルゲーム「月姫」のヒロイン、アルクェイド・ブリュンスタッドですが、彼女がFGOの世界に登場するにあたって、霊基第三にFGOなりの解釈が加えられての登場となります。

キャラクター会議で、実装するサーヴァントについて打ち合わせをしている時に、奈須さんから「次の周年はアルクェイドでいこう」という提案があったと言います。「とはいえアルクェイドとしてではなく、TYPE-MOONの世界設定にある『地球の頭脳体』であるアーキタープ:アースを名乗るサーヴァントにしよう」と奈須さんに言われ、武内さんは「さすがの遊び心だな」と思ったそうです。

武内さん:「ファンのみなさんの多くは、アルクェイドなら例えば『月姫』コラボレーションイベントのようなもので実装されるのだろう、と考えるんじゃないかと思うんです。リメイク版の『月姫 -A piece of blue glass moon-』が2021年に出たこともあって、みなさん期待もしているでしょう。それに対して、(奈須さんは)安易に予想通りになることは選ばず、その求められていることに関して、別の意味合いを乗せて、求められているもの以上の答えを返すみたいなことを、ぱっとやれちゃう人なんですね」

I'm not talking about specific OG sabers from specific routes, I'm saying that in general "OG Saber" the character is still considered for "Shirou" the character even with all of Fanfic/GO's pandering, and so even FGO fan artists seem to respect that relationship compared to a character like titoria who has no connection to shirou at all, which is why TitoriaxGuda fanart is a million times more common despite it not really making sense either.

Archetype Earth explains what an Ultimate one (or Original One) is. It's not actually the strongest being on the planet, but an elemental that is compatible to become Earth's will recipient for sorts which would make them pretty strong, but our base Arc isn't like that. Princess mode clarifies she has no will of her own, and denying completion would be awaking her feelings. So technically Arcueid will be the denial to be a complete Ultimate One.

That makes sense because ORT is stronger and he isn't the Ultimate One of Earth, because isn't an elemental with pure features like Arc and Altrouge. Also explains why Kiara can just BTFO Earth's brain if she wishes despite not being an One, because that's related to Pure Elemental beings exclusively category in earth, even if Kiara is stronger.
