1. the shape of the oppai/ass. op's more oblong ones are better while the small round ones (for flat characters) are just there to be annoying. of course there are in-between shapes.
2. ergonomics of your table. how high is your seat compared to the mousepad? how far in is the mousepad on the table? how big is your mouse? how wide is your table?

I can safely say that the desk I use is... well, terrible. The chair I use seats about one foot off the ground, the keyboard and mouse are roughly another foot-and-a-half upward, making them perhaps six inches short of shoulder level. The mouse is standard sized (I think?) and is placed perhaps eight or nine inches away from the edge in order to prevent me from resting my wrists on the edge of the desk.

Long story short, I've been aware for quite a while that the desk/chair combination I use stinks. I guess I was just trying to ask if an oppai/ass mousepad was more supportive on the wrists, as I believe the pad I had been using had only worsened their condition by applying lots of pressure directly into them.
