Here's the important part: every time you do a secret technique to her, your V-trigger meter fills up some more.

If you have a full meter, all of your techniques will be boosted. You can take on any monster you want, use their saveholes, and learn new techniques. Elf-types fill the V-skill meter up fastest, but the full meter doesn't give you any new techniques from either type of elf. All they do is fall down while rubbing themselves, froth at the mouth, and moan "Uohhhhhhhhh! Soooo erotic!" The developers obviously missed a spot. I feel like we're getting cheated out of new techniques. Hope they patch this by next release.

It's extremely subjective but at the risk of shilling I generally like moon silk, whatgiraffe and dangerous ASMR's monster content. Just read the tags before you go into that last one's work. Her voice makes my brain melt but she fills some weird-ass scripts sometimes.
