We havent't had one since our exile saga. Now that the status-quo has been, somewhat, returned we can hold another lore meeting.

I am hoping that we will be able to come up with some more horror-ryona-guro themed wildlife and plantlife for /meat/.
Currently we have a developed section of giant rodents and chimeras. It's time to expand. Either more chimera ideas or new realistic/fantastic/spec-evo species.

I've had plenty of suggestions so I am hard at work on finishing the report, but now that VMS has alchemical facilities in /2434/ if /meat/ wants any magical fungal products (salves, potions, narcotics, precursor colonies for highly infectious fungus?). If so we can draft a deal.

Interesting question, so this is a bit complicated and would require another one of my 4000 word autism essays, but the short version is;

Using F. venenatum culture and supplying it with oxygen and ammonia, the fungus can double its mass every five hours. This produces mycoprotein which is very similar to conventional soft tissue proteins. This would look strange, and it would have to be mutated in order for your body to not reject it but it is possible. It would have a chitinous surface though so think of the shell of a bug or beetle.

so, /meat/ chuubanite causes things to go through their life cycle (birth, suffering, death, rebirth) at a faster pace, and since organic material is, by definition, self-replicating, it would cause living things to regenerate much faster. a mushroom that made use of it wouldn't need to do any of that. feel free to make use of our chuubanite in your mushroom ideas.

not her, but she posted pic rel some time ago. looks like rigging, and potentially facial features and maybe a few touch-ups are all she really needs before she has something to work with. from there, she just needs a better computer if she wants to run complex programs, but she said she would probably start off with covers and cool math games and what not. maybe retrokino if we're lucky. is demonphobia easy to run? i have a good computer and don't autistically check for how much ram i am using or whatever so i don't know if it would freeze or fail to run on a toaster.
