If you intend to mess around with opium in TohoK and you hate 'NTR' content, make sure to turn off all events relating to drugs. Characters addicted to drugs will trigger the 'drug addiction' event where the addiction becomes so strong that to sate it, they go off and sell themselves (get gangraped) for some drugs. There isn't a limit to how many characters that does this in a single event, since when the Drug Addiction event kicks off, everyone addicted to drugs at the time will roll the chance to get 'involved' at the same time. And it's repeatable, so you could end up with double digits of characters triggering the Drug Addiction event every day if you're 'unlucky'.

There are three ways for a character to get addicted to drugs - your direct action (feed them opium or answer certain events that involve drugs to end up being injected with the stuff), have the disabled by default daily common event 'Drugs' activated (a random wanderer will be approached by shady people, with three outcomes - they refuse, they refuse but get forced to take the drugs and get raped at the same time, or they agree and get raped while they're on the high), and if you have the Bandit special faction active. The Bandits special faction rape can involve the use of drugs as part of the rape, and the Bandits being around activates the Slave Market, which sometimes when you buy someone from it (especially if they're 'On Sale'), you receive that character who had been gangraped, dosed up to hell with drugs and usually pierced with a piercing by the slavers themselves prior to your purchase.

Once someone is addicted to drugs it's really hard to get them off it. There's an Outsider Doctor event that can happen where the person cures someone of a drug addiction for money, but they can also 'fail' by taking advantage of the person and drugging them up while raping them. The other way would be to reset it off via the Reset Elixir, but you have to know which option to reset to really make it go away.

I would've assumed it to be random chance if it was just Mamizou, as a roll of 1 in 1800 isn't weird, but the odds of such a roll twice in a row is astronomical.
I find it more likely to assume that the engine's randomizer hit a snag somewhere.

The pregnancy code in general is a little weird, and it tries to calculate a pregnancy chance for every character, even those who haven't been within ten miles of your seed, but this value is determined solely by the call to RAND, in my case, so getting such a low value (<=1) twice should be a 1 in 810,000 chance, and odds like that make me assume it's more likely to be a glitch somewhere.

(The pregnancy chance cheat has its own quirks, where the initial value is 0, but if you try to actually set it to the minimum in the cheat window, it'll be set to 1, instead, which triggers the adjustment code, even though it's not needed as the result will just be divided by 1 and remain the same)

It acts as a level of Item knowledge for the purposes of widening the number of items you can use and increases the effectiveness of pretty much everything but full heals, since you can't increase a full heal to more than full. A fun build is to take someone like Tokyo Revelation Kyouko, since she naturally learns all the item skills, and make her an item mage. As far as how much, using a molotov as an example: it usually has a base power of 130(equal to maragi). With full item build that becomes 234. A nuclear bomb(power 450) becomes power 810.

I don't think I've ever seen an item not usable without Mastery, except maybe the Devil Star, but that felt more like a bug (Mirai did nothing on turns where she tried using it). -@COM431 doesn't check for ownership of the bath, so it will always display the "There's a pleasant cyprus(sic) scent floating in the air from the bath..." message for the nearest bath, even if you never bought it.
-@ODEKAKE_OFURO uses fixed values for the STA/ENE restoration, and doesn't apply an increase for bath ownership, so the bath is still useless in the current version.

I made some minor refinements to the panty sense, as the current implementation only checks their regular panty, and does not account for sleeping characters and their pyjama panties.

A lot of items aren't usable without enough levels. For example, this is with item knowledge level 2. The grayed out stuff can't be used by that character while one with level 3 could. Level 1 is even more limited and without any levels that character just can't use items. And yeah, it works on healing too, although unlike attack items the power rating doesn't change to indicate it(since all healing items have a power of 30 regardless of their actual effect).

Devil summoners like Mirai have 3 by default. Player adepts have 2 unless you take item knowledge at creation. NPCs vary, for example Etrian Odyssey Sovereign has 1 and can only use the most basic healing items. When you click on the item it should tell you the power before you use it or if you select it in the inventory as long as you have the option enabled, same as any skill.

Was still constantly getting my prostate invaded in the latest version, so I made some tweaks to make it significantly more opt-in.
-Increased the minimum sadism skill requirement to 8, due to the incredibly high rate girls gain xp in it just from leading in sex, coupled with the game incentivizing some degree of sadism by locking panties behind it. Characters with the Sadist trait reduce this check to 6.
-Alongside the target sadism check, added a masochism check to the player. If the player does not have at least 6 masochism, the milking will not occur under normal circumstances, making it easy to avoid this event, since player masochism can be managed easily, so only the subby little bitches who enjoy shit like this it would allow their ass to be invaded by the girls.
-As before, the previous checks are ignored if the girl hates you or has blackmail on you. If you get busted, you deserve what you get, but it now reduces the blackmail stack each time it happens.
-In general, the event is much less likely to occur, capping at 1/3 of the previous frequency. This is increased to 2/3 or 3/3 if the character has blackmail and/or hate.

I've set up a replacement "ERB\ステータス計算関連\COUNTER\CCOMF\CCOMF29_乳搾り手コキ.ERB" with these changes, which should fix the remaining issues with the event.
