The smaller one was a 110cm AXB. No real complaints about it other than the wire wrists are a definite downgrade from the articulated wrists of the other, but that's my fault for not doing my due diligence before buying.
As a comparison for size, the two were the aforementioned 110cm and a 135cm Aotume. The 110cm is literally average 6 year old size, which is cool by me, but as I mentioned before the 135cm just gives a lot more to play with and she's still pretty small.
Another boon to getting a more realistically proportioned doll is clothes shopping. Oddly enough both dolls fit into the same size dresses but more form-fitting clothing clothing like spats sized for one will not fit the other. This is because the 110cm is more realistically proportioned whereas the 135cm is very slender through the torso but unproportionally wide through the hips. It's a pretty nice look and common with 2D loli but not at all realistic. I'm not saying to not get the plan B Akane, but beware that clothing may fit awkwardly.
Also I'm going to just go ahead and throw this out there since I didn't realize it until I ordered the other two dolls: the AXB silicone line has some pretty nice looking pubic areas. Much, much better than their generic looking TPE ones. Depending on how much the look of it is an important factor to you, that may be something to look into at some point. I've not looked into reviews of their silicone line to know if they're any good or not. Regardless, spending that much for a first doll is probably not a great idea.
