It's not that hard, just find an Anonymous in Japan, preferably Tokyo and get him to register a space; it's not that expensive.
You need an album, of course, and maybe said organizer could open a PayPal account where /jp/ Anons can donate to cover production expenses (we're probably talking CD-Rs and toner here, right?).

You would need an actual idea for what the album should contain. There are thousands of Touhou remixes out there, so just making it a generic Touhou remix album wouldn't stand out very much. Should it be a series of 12 virtuosic etudes for piano, or a standard jazz album, focusing on the improvised solos performed by anon himself, or should they be j-pop songs with lyrics written by anon, and performed by Miku?

So far, we have an anon who can play the guitar quite well, the tripfriend who can compose using synths and play the bass as well, another tripfriend who has some experience with FL studio 9, and I can play the piano a little. I think we have quite a good range of music covered here.
