Reisen's whole combat setup is really elaborate, too. She gets bonuses or penalties depending on which other characters are present, applies a handicap if she has hate marks or is pissed at you (and gets a new set of dialogue to boot), has a 1 in (10*combat skill difference) to drive you mad per turn, applying another handicap, and on her last life, she has a 1 in 10 chance of receiving backup, which handicaps you further.
She can end up pretty tough if you manage to trigger all of them.
If she ends up kicking your ass while pissed, she'll even lose a hate mark, which is a nice touch.

There's no changes for Love/Lover, from what I can tell. Just normal or angry bunny, with some minor dialogue changes based on whether Eirin is present, whether the player is a child, who shows up to support her on her final life if she succeeds the roll (Shinmyoumaru, Mokou, or very rarely Eirin), and if she decides to forgive a hate mark (which happens if she defeats you while she's on her last life).
You (and Reisen herself) also get a combat XP bonus based on the handicap score you obtained, up to 50 XP, but there's no dialogue lines for it.

I know Kaguya and Daiyousei (who will completely drain your balls, which may be good for vigor training) will sex you if they defeat you in Danmaku (with some other requirements), and there may be some others, but I didn't look into it too deeply.
The funny part about Daiyousei is that if she's horny, you get the option to go easy on her, which applies a truly ridiculous handicap onto yourself (3000 to both fixed and rand), which I'm pretty sure makes it completely impossible to win naturally, even if you stack every buff you can get. The only way you could feasibly beat her with that would be through King Crimson spam, but if you want to do it without cheating, you'd need to grind for a ridiculously long time to gather enough max TSP through Bites the Dust.

It's only usable on the 24th of Winter, in which case you're automatically asked if you want to use it at the end of a date.

The initial sexual frustration check for either is easy enough, but Daiyousei straight up won't insert it if she's still a (legitimate) virgin (also requires a decent Favorability score), and will just rub her pussy on your dick instead, which doesn't count. There's also no actual virginity loss programmed for the player, so even if you go out of your way to prepare her for this, it still won't be recorded by the game.
In Kaguya's case, she will only have sex if she's not a virgin and has given you consent previously, but in this case there is a message programmed, so the game counts it (though I think it was added by the translator, rather than existing in the original Japanese):

I made the mistake of challenging her as a D rank and in the opening dialogue there's a bit where she takes a pot shot at you—which you barely dodge—and she remarks that she was holding back her shot and you still almost got hit. It really hammers down the difference in skill.

TohoTW could do with more reverse stuff or more FeMC content, really. Or else at least have events that doesn't assume you are male no matter what. I guess that isn't really the target audience for an era game, where even in TohoReverse the interactions can get weird when you have the AI choose things for you.

I still find it funny that in TohoK, the author for Satori assumes you are male in all instances to such that even the Spy event doesn't check if you are male or female, just whether you have some sort of relationship with Satori. I think you guys are wrong. 4.822 only introduced new map system under the hood among the big things, the increase is negligible. eraTW4.830 plays fine too. Those are all 1.6gb.
Now eraTW4.841 is the one that almost crosses 2gb mark on startup. I blame dialogue increasing the memory consumption. Removing dialogue folder saved 700mb of RAM, so it's down to 1.3gb, while previous versions are down to 1gb.
Also remember that launching the game with debug flag adds another extra 400mb or someshit.
All wasted placeholder functions certainly add to it, but it's a combined load of all the new and old heavy dialogues that do this. You can't just remove one dialogue and instantly free 100mb worth of ram. There's a reason why dialogues used to be supplied separately for each character in the past.
