Personally, I used baby powder instead of corn starch. However, you want to leave the doll sit for maybe 30-60 minutes, so the oil can be somewhat absorbed into the material (keep in mind, you should only be doing this for TPE. If you have a silicone doll, you don't really need to oil at all) anyway, if you start dumping powder on right after you oil, it gets clumpy and gross.

What I did was after I waited for the hour (ish) is I just dumped a small amount of powder into my hands and rubbed her body down, small sections at a time. Once that section is thoroughly coated, I'd move on to another small section. Seems to coat pretty evenly if you do it this way. Did for me, anyway.

So I tried it out today, pretty damn good. Didn't use the warmer, so I can bet it'll be even nicer with that. At first I thought the hole was too small and I fucked up ordering, but then I realized I just wasn't using enough lube or whatever and it stretches way more than you expect.

If I have to store my doll they are in the open but in the past I used a box. Oil leaking was an issue and they stunk. I don't buy cheap dolls anymore but I'd imagine hot weather and a box isn't a good setup. I'd want to seal the doll with powder. There are non-talk non-corn powders but who knows if they're better. Given no choice I personally would suck it up and do a light dusting then try and seal the box in a cool dry space.
