99% certain it's mold. Also it's external, not internal; her holes are so torn up I haven't tried to sex her for a long time. I think my mistake was powdering her before putting her up for display, which provided nutrients for the mold to grow when she didn't get moved for an extended period of time. No need for a display doll's skin to be silky smooth.

It's not too, too bad. I could probably scrub it off with bleach? Biggest spots are about a dime in size.

as you said, powdered, covered and possibly moist as a result would have promoted some growth. If your only looking for using as display ect bleach the skin to kill as much as possible, then start oiling the spot over the course of a week or two(oil, let dry/set, reoil, let dry/set ect) to push out as much as you can.
After you have gotten most of it taken care of, you can use a heatgun on low(be careful!!!!) to burn/seal the exterior.

TPE melts at a pretty low temp and throws off toxic fumes so be really careful with heat, narrow margin between gentle melt and fuming.
